Group Food Development Director
Lee manages the Creative Foods Product Development, Process and Marketing Teams across our UK sites.
Having developed his culinary skills in the early part of his career within the De Vere Hotel Group and then as Executive Head Chef at Puckrup Hall in Gloucestershire, he brings valuable chef experience to the mix.
His expertise in Food Innovation & Development, as well as Marketing and Process spans both FMCG and Foodservice sectors, having worked as a Development Chef at McCormick Group, Development Chef Controller at Brakes, Food Innovations & Development Controller at Authentic Foods and, prior to joining Creative Foods, Head of Product Development within Morrison’s, managing the Fresh/Chilled and Manufacturing division.
Lee brings a proven track record in New Product Innovation and is a well-known and respected Individual within the foodservice industry. He and his team manage the journey from concept-to-launch for all new products, which always starts with the alignment of insight and trends.
