Having joined Calder Foods five years ago Chris has fifteen years food industry experience, a BSc Honours degree in Food Science & Nutrition and is qualified to audit to BRC and IFS Global Food Standards.

Chris started his career in the environmental health sector before quickly moving into the food industry via a spell in top tier consultancy with particular emphasis on high risk operations. Chris has gathered experience in Food Safety & Quality Management systems and Laboratory Management including the control of a large UKAS accredited microbiological laboratory. In his role at Creative Foods, Chris is responsible for the entire technical function across the group.
